Your Role:

As a Supplier Income and Promotional Coop Coordinator (Intermediate), you will:

• Supplier Income Management: Maintain accurate supplier income agreements and trading terms contracts, monitor payments, reconcile invoices, and coordinate allocations with Finance.
• Promotional Coop Program Coordination: Partner with suppliers to plan and execute cooperative marketing campaigns, ensure compliance with promotional rate card programs, and manage the timely and accurate loading of monthly promotional case deals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, accurate invoicing, and timely supplier payments.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all agreements comply with legal and company standards, maintain organized supplier income and coop records, and audit trading term master files for rebate compliance and claims.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on supplier income, coop expenses, and ROI; analyze trends; and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance. Meet end-of-month deadlines for supplier income reporting and analysis.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Prior invoice processing experience.
• Working knowledge of financial ledgers and basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, rebates, and debt/financial collections.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a structured financial environment.
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
• Exposure to supplier income governance and rebate compliance.
• Financial analysis and reporting expertise.
• Background in promotional marketing or retail finance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
