Supervisor - Metrics - Analytics and Reporting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement Analytics Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Placement Analytics team is instrumental in shaping, developing, and analyzing data to support the business in strategic planning and the management of business activities. This team’s efforts are key to driving informed decisions and achieving business excellence.

We will count on you to:

• Define, develop, and analyze complex data to support strategic planning and business management, leveraging over.
• Perform high-complexity data analysis, develop analytical reports, and work with stakeholders to understand and meet their reporting requirements.
• Design scalable data workflows and optimize the Portfolio Solutions database
• Act as a resource for reporting analysts, providing advice and direction on reporting (sharing best practices, standardizing methodologies), and reviewing reports prepared by junior analysts.
• Lead projects and automation initiatives, oversee data quality and governance, collaborate with global teams on complex reporting needs, as well as maintain effective relationships with internal contacts to resolve stakeholder issues and drive business improvement.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Data Science or related field with 5 years of experience in data handling and analysis
• Knowledge and experience in data management (collection, cleansing, validation, analysis, reporting)
• Knowledge and experience in Python, Power Automate, Azure
• Expertise in dashboard development and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
