As a Supervisor for GSE Maintenance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational reliability and safety of all Ground Support Equipment (GSE). You will oversee maintenance schedules, lead a team of technicians, manage inventory and workshop needs, and support the GSE Manager in driving maintenance performance both at the main hub and outlying stations.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision, and Values are achieved.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulations and company policies.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans including preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Evaluate and recommend workshop assets, tools, and resources to support continuous operations.
• Establish effective housekeeping and inventory monitoring (spare parts, materials, rotable items, supplies).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspection reports, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate procurement of parts, tools, and equipment to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Recommend cost-saving solutions and improvements to reduce downtime and enhance reliability.
• Sign-off maintenance requests and complete documentation requirements on time.
• Respond to GSE emergency service calls.
• Assist the GSE Manager in monitoring minor and major repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical work on GSE fleet.
• Support monitoring of maintenance activities across the main hub and outstation operations.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
  
  

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• Must be an Engineering graduate
• Experience in equipment and facilities maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical or automotive system applications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Ability to handle emergencies and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
