Job Description:

• Build SAP SuccessFactors Time-off and Time Tracking solutions that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions
• Design, configure, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
• Manage client expectations, define the implementation strategy, and document the client’s business needs and requirements
• Link the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the Employee Central solution
• Manage the deliverables of the project throughout the implementation process
• Build Test Scripts and Training Materials
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer and System Administrator trainings
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP Activate Methodology
• Minimum of 4 years of SuccessFactors Time-off and Time Tracking implementation and support
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
