We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert - Settlements Operations - FUNDS SETTLEMENTS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guaranty the efficient and timely processing of all orders (subscriptions and redemptions) received from the Dealing in respect of existing procedures.
• Verify, store all kind of documents (contract notes, statements) and perform a proper follow-up when required.
• Process call backs in a timely manner and raise issues as quickly as possible.
• Validate the payment instructions for subscriptions
• Provide efficient, timely and precise responses to all inquiries raised by external counterparties and internal departments.
• Ensure polyvalence and provide required training to new employee.
• As a senior team member display the right behavior and maintain working environment compliant with corporate rules.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in end to end settlement processing.
• Understanding the complexity of the Private Banking systems and controls.
• Complete processes within timeframes set.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to grasp concepts and processes quickly and accurately

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above. Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.
