Responsibilities :
General Job Descriptions: (One OJT for LRDC Site Finance - Accountant)
- Assist in the filing of LRDC invoices, official receipts, etc.
- To assist in the monitoring of vendors invoices.
- To follow-up and receive invoices, official receipts and important documents from the from vendors.
- To follow-up the BIR 2307 from the customer.
- Assist in the procurement of Employee's CTC with City Treasurer's Office.
- Assist in the transfer of records from 14F Records Room to 21st Corporate Records Room.
- Any ad hoc responsibilities assigned from time to time.
