Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Structural Revit Modellers to prepare technical deliverables in the form of detailed design drawings for our Structures Modelling & Documentation group, from sketches or from engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Develop high quality designs and contract drawings using Structural Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Technical and quality checking of drawings and schedules
• Implementation of BIM on multi-disciplinary projects
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to provide quality service to clients to ensure that all documentation conforms to client/company standards
• Working with Navisworks, BIM360 and ProjectWise collaboration software
• Develop and deliver creative design and documentation solutions using standard engineering methods
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in structural design / drafting preferably working in the consulting industry
• Strong technical skills using the latest AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM modelling software with proven ability to run models and perform clash detection
• has good understanding in Steel details and connections
• Proven ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams
• Positive personality, excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both within a team and independently
  
  

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu, depending on your home base / location.
