Job Description
The Strategy Manager will co-lead the strategy execution management / PMO function of the Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA) team of B2B. This involves synthesizing the project portfolio of the B2B business, guiding project managers to implement the best practices of project management and orchestrating the execution of their projects. This role will also support the Head of SIA in business planning, preparing governance presentations and conducting ad hoc studies as needed.

Job Description
The Strategy Manager will co-lead the strategy execution management / PMO function of the Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA) team of B2B. This involves synthesizing the project portfolio of the B2B business, guiding project managers to implement the best practices of project management and orchestrating the execution of their projects. This role will also support the Head of SIA in business planning, preparing governance presentations and conducting ad hoc studies as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
Strategy Planning:
- Co-lead the annual planning / strategy formulation exercise of the B2B business
- Facilitate the annual execution planning
- Co-lead quarterly strategy reviews
- Co-lead the formation of the B2B Balanced Scorecards with the other members of B2B Strategy, Insights and Analytics
- Work with the different teams of B2B Strategy, Insights and Analytics to monitor and analyze the progress of the execution of B2B’s strategy
- Prepare ad hoc studies that aid management decision-making
- Lead strategic advisory projects that aim to solve specific problems, help the business capture opportunities and / or improve the internal ways-of-working within B2B
- Provide ad hoc studies that are requested by various B2B divisions to aid decision-making
- Prepare governance presentations for periodic governance reports or reports requested by top management
Soft skills:
- Good communication skills (e.g., verbal, presentation)
- Stakeholder management
- Project management
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- At least 5 or more years in experience in a strategy-related rHas the ability to manage stakeholders (including management)
- Ideally, a candidate who has a proven track record in strategy planning
- A level of knowledge in financial analysis
- Experience in a management consulting firm is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related degree is a minimum and a Masters’ degree in any business-related degree is an advantage
