Strategic Search Researcher

The Executive Search Researcher is important for supporting the executive search by identifying and sourcing high-caliber candidates for Executive-level positions. This role requires solid sourcing ability, research skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for executive roles
- Utilize various souring methods, including databases, social media, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking to build a robust pipeline for current and future recruiting engagements
- Develop detailed candidate profiles and reports for review by Executive Recruiter and hiring managers
- Analyze and interpret LinkedIn Hiring Insights to inform search strategies
- Organize data to provide clear pictures of the talent pool, enabling data-driven strategies and affecting business decisions.
- Collaborate with Executive Recruiter to understand hiring manager needs and refine search criteria
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of solid sourcing ability, particularly supporting Corporate and Senior/Executive level profiles
- 1 year of supporting Executive Search, valued
- History of collaborating efficiently with recruiters and business leaders
- Ability to build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
- Solid understanding of data and analytics to support candidate market research.
- Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards and creative Boolean searches.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract latent talent.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining multiple active pipelines of candidates across multiple functional areas
- Fluency in English is a must.
