Job Overview

The Strategic Planning Associate plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term direction by collaborating with internal teams to define objectives and develop actionable strategies. This role involves conducting market research, performing competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities to support business expansion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to define objectives and strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop, create, and present strategic plans to support the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Assist in the strategic planning process, including formulation, alignment, monitoring, and renewal of strategies.
  • Perform financial planning, cost-benefit analyses, and business rate assessments for strategic initiatives.
  • Research and analyze business development trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide solutions to client issues by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Actively participate in discussions to identify and implement optimal solutions.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in logistics is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align strategies with organizational goals and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
