DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the company’s established Marketing Framework is adhered to.
Manage all day-to-day activities for SunFish and GreatDay HR’s social media accounts
Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms and
increase presence on existing platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Strategize effective and all-encompassing marketing and social media campaigns, including
but not limited to budget planning, content ideation/creation, graphic design, and
managing implementation schedules
Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO) and run relevant and targeted paid
social media ads
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices in our industry
Provide comprehensive analytics, data presentation, resource management reports, etc.
Research and monitor activity of company competitors
Manage the overall Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the SunFish and GreatDay HR
websites and tracking their progress over time.
Come up with monthly articles/blogs to be published in all websites and ensure that
keywords are used properly to contribute to overall SEO growth.
Closely work with the Web Developer to ensure that the website is updated and compatible
in all platforms.
Demonstrate the ability to engage and coordinate with partner external agencies when
called for (e.g. PR, Marketing, Advertising, Events, etc.) and make sure that deliverables are
met.
Manage the company’s Email Marketing campaign initiative including but not limited to
managing the MailChimp account, building/updating contact database, coming up with
relevant newsletter content, and tracking overall effectiveness.
Ensure proper management and tracking of leads gathered through different channels
such as social media, website, and emails by making sure that thes are shared and
coordinated with the Sales team and keep up to date with their conversion rates.
Support the teams from Recruitment, Implementation, Support, Sales, etc. by working on
relevant materials such as documents, FAQs, visual guides, presentation decks,
walkthrough video tutorials, and the like.
Ensure that a reputable corporate branding is maintained at all times by constantly
updating corporate materials such as company profiles and the like.

(HRIS)

organization in order to contribute to overall growth.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or
Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2-4 years of working experience in the releated field.
Experience in managing corporate social media accounts
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,
Twitter, YouTube, MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords,
Business Ads, Web Hosting, C Panel, Googe Ads, Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, etc
