As a Strategic Accounts Manager at B. Braun you plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with key accounts within our multinational medical device company. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers, developing strategic account plans, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Craft and execute account plans that align with corporate growth objectives and customer priorities.
  • Key Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers and systems to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Drive C-suite collaboration to unlock strategic opportunities and system-wide initiatives.
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead contract negotiations and support sales execution to maximize value and profitability.
  • Market Intelligence: Deliver insights on market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy and provide leadership with clear, data-driven performance updates.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experienced Leader: 10+ years in medical device sales and key account management, with 3+ years in senior roles.
  • Strategic Achiever: Proven success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communicator: Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Analytical Thinker: Adept at market analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
