Job Description

Responsible for organizing barista and assisting in manpower scheduling, Oversee the cafe’s daily operation, you also need to keep an eye on daily expenses and profits, and placing orders for necessary supplies. You need to have worked in coffee shops in a variety of roles in order to succeed in this position. It's also important that you're available to work on weekends. In the end, you'll contribute to raising revenue, improving client interaction, and making our café a beloved area destination.

Qualifications

Store Manager for Robinsons Place Manila

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Enthusiasm for the Macao Imperial Tea brand and its product.
