  • Manages and oversees all facets of the daily operations of one or more retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Performs or manages purchasing and ordering of general supplies.
  • Maintains sales and inventory records, performs forecasting by reviewing sales history; prepares and presents periodic and scheduled performance reports.
  • Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives of the store; recommends, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
  • Ensures action is taken to achieve store sales targets and corrects negative sales trends.
  • Ensures the maintenance of merchandise standards to maximize sales; ensures the execution of the visual presentation direction and updates; ensures the maintenance of a clean, neat and organized store.
  • Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times; ensures execution of the company’s service policies.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Willing to work on Iloilo City.
