Be responsible for the operation of stores within the designated area to ensure their normal operation.

  • Track and grasp the product sales and business data of the stores, and assist in the monthly sales targets of the stores.
  • Conduct daily store inspections, guide store staff, products, equipment, hygiene, safe operation, and handle and resolve emergencies and other related work;
  • Collect and feedback industry information and the business conditions of competing stores, etc.
  • Communicate ideas and provide work guidance to the store manager and staff, follow up continuously, improve overall ability and quality, and maintain good service and operation of the store.
  • Regularly report the operation status of the store to the company.

Job Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of relevant working experience, including operation and management experience in chain bread, cake and bakery stores;
  • Possess excellent communication, organization, coordination and execution skills;
  • Be conscientious and responsible at work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
