Store Manager

Main Function:

Plan & direct the store operations. Assess store condition and develop strategies to continuously improve customer service, achieve sales flow, increase profitability, execute policies & marketing programs relative to increase in sales and customer base. Manage store operations requirements through optimum usage of resources in the store, in close monitoring, controlling of operational expenditures. Maintain high level of store standard and condition at all times.

Key Qualifications:

· Strong customer management and leadership skills

· Must be proficient in computer applications

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or any related field

· At least 2 years of experience working in retail environment or any sales-oriented company
