We're looking for: Store Assistant
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or undergraduate program; additional education or training in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- With a willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Duties and responsibilities:
- By adapting to the needs of your customers, you can provide them with high-quality service.
- Maintain all controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Listen to customer complaints and empathize before responding appropriately to their concerns.
- Have a thorough understanding of the product line and its locations in store.
- Allow customers to shop comfortably by keeping aisles clear and tidy, labeling everything accurately, and never leaving any unattended obstructions.
