RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hands
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Set-up work station before meal prep begins
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Maintaining cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and placed order when necessary
- Check washing machine operation and promptly report any technical/ performance issue.
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the dishwashing area including the floor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a High School Vocational graduate
- At least 6 months experience as dishwasher
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
- Basic Food Safety/ HACCP Certification
- Must have the stamina to work long hours in a fast-paced kitchen
