We're looking for an Exceptional Client Success Manager to take our Customer Support and Client Retention Operations to the next level.

Position Overview

-----------------------

• Be in charge of client support
• Monitor all support channels (email, live chat, etc.)
• Manage and distribute support requests
• Be on top of all clients requests, problems and concerns
• Proactively communicate with the rest of the team
• Be in charge of client retention
• Monitor clients satisfaction levels and report to Management
• Come up with strategies to increase client satisfaction
• Execute a variety of other tasks to help management
• Deliver daily and weekly reports

Requirements

• Excellent Spoken English
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in Handling and Supporting Clients
• Positive, Friendly and Proactive
• Any technical background will be considered an advantage
• Experience in Working for a SaaS company would be considered an advantage
• Knowledge in SEO will be considered an advantage
