What You'll Do
Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
Create engaging training materials and resources for various learning modalities.
Schedule and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees post-training.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in a training or instructional role.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to assess organizational training needs effectively.
Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
