We're looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to join our team!
If you’ve finished high school (Old or Senior High School curriculum), are ready to work onsite, and excited to start your career—even as a fresher—this opportunity is perfect for you!
Your Key Responsibilities
- Help customers with their questions and solve their concerns in a friendly and professional way
- Work closely with your teammates and leaders to make sure each call is handled smoothly
- Keep customer information safe and organized while following company rules
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and report onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
- Monthly salary from PHP 19,500 to PHP 22,500
- HMO and insurance coverage starting Day 1
- Night differential, paid leaves, holiday and overtime pay
- Rice allowance and 13th month pay
- Mental wellness support and free medical insurance upon regularization (including common-law partners)
