- The Stainless Kitchen Fabricator is tasked with a range of duties, including:
- Reading Blueprints: Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications for each project.
- Cutting and Shaping Stainless Steel: Using tools such as shears, saws, and welding equipment to cut and shape stainless steel components.
- Welding and Fabrication: Joining stainless steel pieces together through welding and fabrication techniques to create finished products.
- Polishing and Finishing: Ensuring that the stainless steel surfaces are polished and finished to a high standard, ready for installation.
- Installing Fixtures: Installing custom stainless steel fixtures, such as countertops, cabinets, sinks, and shelves, in kitchens.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Experience: Prior experience in stainless steel fabrication, particularly in the kitchen equipment industry, is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, welding, and finishing stainless steel.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail are essential to ensure that the finished products meet specifications.
- Physical Stamina: The role may involve lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods during fabrication and installation.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
