Staff Specialist Quality Management Solutions

• Application Ownership: Take ownership of key Quality Management Solution topics, including process development, implementation, and maintenance. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, development teams, and quality assurance teams, together and document requirements, and ensure that the Quality Management Solution meets their needs.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, working closely with the development team to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the business.
• Technical Design: Develop technical designs and solutions that meet the requirements of the business, and work with the development team to implement these solutions.
• Automated Solutions: Collaborate with the development team to design and implement automated solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management Solution.
Agile Environment: Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure that the solution is developed and delivered in an iterative and incremental manner

• are familiar with programming languages .NET, Oracle PL/SQL,Oracle/MS SQLs
• have professional experience in application development and in operational support.
• have a bachelor or master in computer-sciences.
• have experience with processes and methods in IT.
• are a team player. You are open to approach other people and you are able to create personal networks, easily.
• are open to continuously learn from peers and superiors and you are able to spread your own professional knowledge.
have good practice in English language
