Staff Specialist, Labelling Management SCM

• Label print administrator for new internal and external customer and for process change notifications
• Analyse, design, test, simplify and implement customer labels (Codesoft and Nicelabel)
• Responsible for all label-related issues, including creation, revision, and product coordination, serving as key personnel for label projects and related initiatives.
• Assist users with change requests, introduction of new products, technical support and troubleshooting of the automated labelling solution.
• Business Analysis depending on the need of the customers; internal and external
• Production support as expected in a manufacturing environment
• Processes and maintains International and Internal Customer Specifications, including Seven Digit Documents and Waivers.
• Handles Systems Application and Products (SAP), Master Data and ERP system, Bill of Materials and Working Plans
• Performs maintenance of various site servers by installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux servers (both physical and virtual), while monitoring performance to ensure system availability and reliability
• Collaborates with cross functional management and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expert on shop floor control and other ERP systems
• SAP knowledge (user-level or integration experience) preferred.
• Experience working with labeling, ERP, quality management systems, systems software applications, label designer (Codesoft, Nicelabel)
• Ability to pay close attention to written material with sharp eye for detail (internal and external specifications)
• Experience in device labeling (different semiconductor level of processes)
• Knowledge of manufacturing executions and other shop floor controls, JavaScript, sql and Python programming languages
• Knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and/or Linux server distributions
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network services on servers
