Staff Specialist, HR Learning & Training

• Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis, design and deliver training programs, facilitate high-impact training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Oversee the administration of the company’s LMS, ensuring accurate content management and reporting.
• Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.
• Produce and manage content for internal/external communication channels, including social platforms, newsletters, intranet, and announcements.
• Support the audits on employee development and compliance matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR administration, and employee communication.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering high-impact training programs and events.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems, HRIS, and communication tools.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
