Staff Engineer, Quality Management System

• Facilitate annual review and alignment of FMEA, Control Plan and Process Specs review and alignment
• Facilitate/support effective implementation of Change Management for the site without compromising product quality delivered to the customer
• Support the completion and effectiveness of the site Internal Process Audit and/or Supplier/External and Cross Site Audit.
• Responsible for ensuring effective RCA and closure of the assigned Audit Findings such as Supplier/External, Cross Site and External Audit.
• Support the Completion of IATF16949/ISO 9001 based Internal QMS Audit and ANSI/ESD Audit

• Graduate of any Engineering Course, preferably Electronics and Communications Engineering
• With At least 5 years of experience in QA, Quality Management System and or Customer quality Management
• With at least 2 years’ experience in Internal and/or External Auditing in automotive /semiconductor industries.
• With knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ANSI/ESD S2020, UL (Product Safety)
• With knowledge/experience in Change Management Process
• Good knowledge in 8D analysis and Automotive Core tools
• at least 5 years’ experience in the Automotive industries or Semiconductor and or other electronic industries with product lines related to automotive, communication, and/or other electronic components.
