Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Procurement Planning:
   • Collaborate with senior management to develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
   • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.
2. Vendor Management:
   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
   • Evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular supplier performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
3. Procurement Operations:
   • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
   • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
4. Import & Export Knowledge

• To manage and optimize import/export operations in the Philippines. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs procedures and a proven track record in international trade.

   • Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in the diagnostic or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and optimizing vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
