- Lead user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop and oversee user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Advocate for user-centered design by integrating user research and feedback throughout the design process.
- Craft and implement a strategic UX vision to enhance user satisfaction and engagement across mobile apps and websites.
- Translate research findings into actionable design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
- Design, test, and refine UX components, including navigation, interactions, and user journeys, to ensure optimal usability.
- Create compelling graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and layouts, to support UX objectives.
- Identify and address complex UX issues through iterative testing and analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Management to align UX strategies and solutions.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and usability metrics to continually improve the user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior designers on UX best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on user experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- In-depth understanding of UX principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
- Ability to create user-centered designs that address real-world problems and enhance user satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to explain UX concepts and design rationale clearly.
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ride-hailing services or similar industries is a plus.
