Organization Level Description

• Manages team of primarily entry and intermediate professionals or team leaders of Technical / Engineering employees, with flexibility to determine how assignments are completed (e.g., objectives and approaches to completing work).
• Sets day-to-day goals and objectives for team members.
• Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
• Explains policies, practices, and procedures. Purpose Supervises entry and intermediate professional level employees or team leaders of support employees in Design Engineering. Provides technical leadership, manages operations, executes complex projects, and checks completed layouts and drawings.
