This position has the responsibility for managing the company’s main communication lines. This role entails call management with a focus on customer service, providing internal communication support to different internal departments.
Role Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Logging call data or maintaining call records.
- Handling high volumes of calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide support to customers and agents by accommodating their inquiries and requests over the phone, and via email.
- Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
- Amenable to support US working hours.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Professional demeanor and tone.
- Calm under pressure, especially during peak call times.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
- You should have the ability to multitask to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
