Job Description

• Implement Quality Management Systems.
• Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer feedback. Oversee performance and provide improvement plans for incoming raw materials and piece parts
• Inspection, assembly, and test outgoing inspection, line claims, and RMAs.
• Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products.
• Review the accuracy of suppliers’ SCAR report and effectiveness monitoring.
• Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
• Analyze quality data and prepare quality reports.
• Support customer and internal manufacturing audits.
• Willing to work in a flexible environment.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Minute five years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a Semiconductor or related Industry.
• Good knowledge and experience in:
• Semiconductor manufacturing processes and controls from IQA, assembly, testing, to warehouse and shipping.
• Good knowledge and experience in 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plan, Why-Why Analysis, and 8D
  
  

problem solving.

• Applicable standards to semiconductor industry
