How Your Day To Day Would Look Like

As a Senior Project Service Delivery Specialist, you are to lead the execution of data processing analysis, execution of multiple scenarios and development strategies using simulation tools on providing sound decisions and recommendations. You will be also collaborate with other team members on the extraction of data figures, creation of reports based on findings, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiative’s success. Responsibilities include:

• Data Analytics & Simulation
• Responsible for modeling data by providing clean, accurate and structured data sets so that different users within the group can work with them.
• Develops and maintains databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
• Works with Excel, SQL code, and PMI analytics tools to perform ad-hoc analyses and forecasting.
• Collaborate with other team of analysts and other associates from other workstream to process information
• Utilizes data analytics to work with simulation tools that is capable to handle multiple scenarios and variations in processes.
• Reporting
• Responsible for building reports and dashboards on top of pre-processed data and drawing out insights from it.
• Develops graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
• Works with L&D Management team and other workstreams to deep dive identify opportunities for improvement
• Establishes KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
• Productivity & Projects
• Lead the central SD Productivity Team to pro-actively generate ideaa, identify, consolidate and implement potential productivity initiatives
• Lead loss tree analysis activities annually.
• Facilitates benchmarking activities with affiliates and markets to drive operational improvement
• Govern execution of project and initiates through L&D by reviewing with and advising different project leaders, facilitate reporting and reviewing of all projects and initiatives status with SD Manager.
• Manage project listing on ePPM ensuring all projects re-entered in correct stage gate status and updated regularly as aligned with the team
• Validate and consolidate potential productivity calculations for all projects and consolidate for alignment with other stakeholders including Financial Reporting Team.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of two (2) years working experience in supply chain analytics and projects preferably exposed to a multinational environment.
• You must have a strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
• Experience in using SAP and knowledge with programming languages like SQL, Oracle, etc. is a plus.
• Experience in data visualization and supply chain analytics software like Llamasoft, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI is also preferred.
• You must be amenable to be assigned in a fixed term contract of twelve (12) months.
  
  

Work Schedule and Location:

• Generally, Mondays to Fridays on a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three (3) days onsite.
• Role would be based within Bonifacio Global City Taguig Office.
