Description
Arora Engineers intends to bid for and secure the MTIP program PM services contract for SEATAC thru the Port of Seattle procurement program and to support that initiative certain strategic efforts are required in support of the Senior Vice President (Construction Services) in the following key areas as needed for the Initial Engagement:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s – Engineering, Construction Sciences, Architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s – Engineering, Construction Sciences, Architecture

Arora Engineers intends to bid for and secure the MTIP program PM services contract for SEATAC thru the Port of Seattle procurement program and to support that initiative certain strategic efforts are required in support of the Senior Vice President (Construction Services) in the following key areas as needed for the Initial Engagement:
- Content management: development of proposals, presentations, press releases, etc.
- Technical report preparation / editing
- Meeting representation
- Client development and outreach
- Assist in outlining strategies for proposal development on RFP from SEATAC.
- Strategic planning and positioning efforts.
- Strategic teaming and staffing plans as needed.
- SEATAC historical RFP deconstruction, interpretation, vision setting, context setting and planning for proposed RFP forthcoming.
- Potential RFP concerns, pitfalls, possible shaping opportunities, possible value propositions, possible differentiators, possible approaches showcasing deep airport expertise from Arora Portfolio.
- Potential Risk Mitigation strategies and approaches.
- Potential pricing and cost benefit analysis to support proposal stage.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s – Engineering, Construction Sciences, Architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s – Engineering, Construction Sciences, Architecture
