We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Engineer to lead and manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering principles, and team leadership.

What You'll Do
The Senior Engineer plays a key role in supporting both the tendering phase and project execution for marine and civil infrastructure works, with a focus on land reclamation, coastal protection, and soil improvement projects.
He/she is expected to contribute technical expertise during bid preparation, review tender documents, support the development of technical proposals, and assist in engineering execution during the construction phase.
He/she is expected to uphold high standard of compliance with internal tender governance and project execution procedures is required, ensuring that all activities meet corporate, legal, and contractual obligations.
Review and prepare technical designs, specifications, drawings, and calculations in compliance with international and local design codes (e.g., British Standards, Philippine Standards).
Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, legal, and finance to ensure aligned and compliant tender and project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering project management.
Deep knowledge in geotechnical, hydraulic, or related civil engineering fields.
Experience in land reclamation, coastal protection, soil improvement.
Skilled in tender document review, bid preparation, and technical submissions.
Familiar with FIDIC contract principles (important for international contracts).
Understanding of construction methods, especially for marine and civil works.
Proficiency with international/local design codes (ex. British Standards, Philippine Standards).
Experience in preparing technical designs, specifications, drawings, calculations.
Capable of conducting geotechnical and hydraulic assessments.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, and document management tools.
