We are seeking an experienced Sr. PPC & AI Marketing Analyst to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns and leverage AI-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will manage multi-channel paid search campaigns, drive automation, and use AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI). You will collaborate with the digital marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns align with the company’s business goals and growth strategies.

- Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Testing ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies; adjust campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
- Developing and implementing strategies for budget allocation and bid management.
- Setting up and testing campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
- Streamlining marketing and sales processes using AI tools.
- Automating data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
- Testing and applying AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
- Using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.
- Working with SEO, content, social media, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
- Staying updated with the latest PPC and AI marketing trends, continuously experimenting with new tools and strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
- Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (Zapier, AI prompts, etc.).
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and sales teams.
