Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for operational results of LEPI by managing operating costs.
  • Oversee daily operations including all Manufacturing, Production Planning, Warehouse and Logistics.
  • Works closely with local and corporate departments including Facilities, Finance, IT, Safety, Quality Assurance and Human Resources to ensure compliance with best practice business processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest degree of integrity, concern for quality, concern for meeting customer commitments, and concern for all personnel on site.
  • Responsible for providing leadership for process development and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
  • Contributes to the development of, and supports, the growth strategies of the business by developing the capabilities and capacity to meet growth opportunities.
  • Assist in Business Planning and Development by producing and executing strategies derived during the five year and annual budget planning process.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering. MBA Degree or units related to Manufacturing Operations is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Electronics or similar Production Operations. Demonstrated ability to manage overall Operations including Support functions in a semiconductor/electronics environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Email, internet access.
  • With relevant experience in capacity planning both tactical & strategic and CAPEX.

  • High level selling and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively relate to customers and suppliers ranging from highly technical semiconductor.

  • Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally in the English language
  • Efficiently prepare and effectively deliver presentations to customers, suppliers, employee groups, peers, management, and executive management.
  • Strong computer/software skills: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Must have the ability to travel internationally and to work effectively across cultures.
