Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the Mechanical Engineering Department during all stages of project design and development.
• Guide the Mechanical design team to ensure strict adherence to approved conceptualized designs and ensuring completeness, constructability and code compliance
• Work closely with project teams and Project Managers to meet project deadlines
  Review and coordinate with other disciplines (structural, architectural, landscape, civil-external)
  Provide technical and administrative support to throughout the project phases

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 10 years progressive work experience, a minimum of 5 years as Operations Manager / Lead Engineer in MEP design / services coordination, related work in a Industrial / Refrigeration / Construction firm
• Well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design;
• Working knowledge on various Building Codes and Standards
• Proficiency in Autocad
• Experience in industrial and refrigeration / cold storage projects is a distinct advantage.
• Salary range depending on skills and experience
• Can start asap, willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
