We’re searching for a Senior Campus Manager to be the ultimate IntouchCX advocate, ensuring our team members are consistently immersed in our culture. The mission of this role is to support the Campus Director in driving team member happiness and keeping the campus functioning optimally.

As Senior Campus Manager, You Will…

• Promote IntouchCX’s culture and evaluate how local teams are exemplifying our corporate values
• Keep a pulse on operational and cultural key performance indicators, streamlining communication to local leaders through weekly meetings
• Partner with the Campus Director to identify priority projects for the campus and track action item progress
• Alert leaders of changes and opportunities within principal KPIs and create collaborative solutions
• Manage the local Facilities and Employee Experience teams in collaboration with global department leaders
• Support Operations leaders and internal partners by providing solutions to their priorities and services
• Respond to campus emergencies and urgent issues as they arise
• Direct, coordinate and plan essential needs such as reception, security, maintenance, mail/deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
• Project manage contractors and campus buildouts, including plan utilization of space and resources
• Prepare requests for proposal and compare equipment and services requests
• Escalate campus issues to respective leaders and collaborate on solutions
• Support roll-out of new programs and processes
• Obsess about client-partner visits by ensuring they run smoothly and meet our high standards
  
  

As Senior Campus Manager, You Have…

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Minimum 4+ years of Supervisor and Project Management experience
• Proficient experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an approach that fosters strong and lasting relationships
• An eye for detail with creative problem-solving and project management skills
• The ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients and customers
• The ability to implement change and innovation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• The ability to work with basic mathematical concepts
