Sr. Equipment Engineer (With Training Opportunity in China)

We’re looking for a Senior Equipment Engineer who will take the lead in handling automated production machines — from debugging to performance improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead debugging, testing, and performance enhancement of automated equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for machine-related issues.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in training in China.
• Provide technical guidance and training to local engineers and technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and productivity.
• Ensure machines meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• With at least 5 years of experience in equipment or automation engineering
• With at least 2 years of hands-on debugging experience with automated machines.
• Strong technical foundation in Vision Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, and Control Systems.
• Proficient in English; ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
• Willing to travel and undergo training in China
• With strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
