Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sr Associate - Admin Support to join our team in Mabalacat City, Philippines. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall productivity within our organization.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate and oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
- Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings
- Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments or external contacts
- Provide general administrative support to various teams as needed
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to streamline operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally and efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Administrative Professional certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
