Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL and data engineering solutions. As an SQL DBA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions using the MS SQL platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in MS SQL to ensure smooth data flow and management.
• Ensure data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and capable of handling large-scale data operations.
• Design and implement data warehouse solutions using MS SQL to meet business requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of data pipelines to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement data documentation standards, ensuring compliance with privacy and security best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining security throughout data processes.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS SQL and SQL Server database management.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse design and implementation using MS SQL.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting data pipeline performance issues.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Good To Have

• Knowledge of other database platforms such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
