Job Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and execute detailed plans to enhance GGR by refining betting odds, margins, and risk management, thereby maintaining competitiveness and maximizing profitability.
2. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Use analytics tools to track essential metrics like player acquisition costs, lifetime value, churn rates, and GGR per user. Regularly audit and perform A/B tests on promotions, odds adjustments, and user interfaces to discover and leverage opportunities to increase revenue
.
A3. Team Leadership and Development: Manage the team to foster a high-performance environment focused on GGR growth. Provide training on best practices in odds setting, risk management, and customer segmentation to support revenue objectives
.
4. Player Engagement: Collaborate with the CRM team to develop targeted campaigns, bonuses, and loyalty initiatives that attract and retain players, ultimately increasing GGR. Use data insights to personalize offers and improve the user experience on the platfor
m.
5. Risk and Compliance Management: Supervise MTS from our partner to reduce liabilities and enhance revenue potential. Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards in licensed jurisdictions, including responsible gaming practices that promote long-term player sustainabili
ty.
6. Product Innovation: Work with product development teams to add new features that boost bet volumes and
GGR.
7. Reporting and Forecasting: Generate monthly reports on GGR performance, predict future trends by analyzing market data, seasonal events (such as major sports tournaments), and economic indic
ators
Job Require
ments:
1. Experience: At least 7 years in the iGaming industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a sportsbook managemen
t role.
2. Demonstrated success in increasing GGR within a competitive online betting market, preferably supported by measurable
results.
3. Extensive understanding of sports betting markets, covering odds compilation, margin control, and risk
modeling.
4. Strong leadership and communication abilities to inspire teams and work effectively with sta
keholders.
5. Strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and revenue op
timization.
6. Familiarity with working in regulated e
