- Support employee business travel booking, end to end with support from travel agency.
- Support onboarding and all employee queries
- Maintaining positive relationships with partners (travel agency,hotels, airlines etc)
- Negotiating preferred rates partners (airline, hotel and other travel vendors)
- Support all VISA applications and any documentations required.
- Support insurance claims by employees or submit on behalf of company claims.
- Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise, even out of office hours
- Review and draft corporate travel policies and processes
- Review and update travel communications, collaterals and decks.
- Support per diem/ travel allowance process
- Review monthly travel invoices and statement of account
- Analyzing and prepare reports on travel spend
- Support implementation of any new travel management company.
- Proven minimum 3 years experience as a travel consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airline policies, and booking systems.
- Proficient in travel management software (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Able to think clearly in emergencies
