What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform the end-to-end recruitment function.
To be successful in the role, the jobholder must be well organized and have effective communication & stakeholder management skills.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- End to end recruitment
- Source applicants from multiple sources covering leadership/managerial position hiring
- Coordinate with Accounts and Hiring Managers on hiring requirements
- Coordinate on Employee Requisitions via Darwinbox
- Conduct initial HR Interviews
- Endorse and schedule candidates for next level and final interviews
- Coordinate salary analysis with Total Rewards Team
- Conduct job offer presentation with candidate
- Handle the drafting and management of employment contracts
- Coordinate with new hire on submission of Pre-Employment Requirements
- Conduct new hire onboarding orientation
- Biweekly email blast highlighting the Employee Referral Program and Internal Job Placement opportunities as key sourcing channels.
- Maintain the HR Talent Acquisition trackers (Flatfile, Dashboard updates, New Hire Onboarding Tracker)
- Consolidate Talent Acquisition monthly metrics reporting
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties related to Recruitment and/or Employer Branding
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- At least 1 year work experience in Recruitment / Hiring
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in oral and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
- Willing to work on a reliever status employment
