Work Experience & Qualification
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications or equivalent.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in medical equipment industry is required.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Willing to travel and work pass working hours and weekends.
- Carry out all scheduled and assigned warranty, preventive, & breakdown service jobs effectively and flawlessly to aim for zero complaints.
- Effectively plan and coordinate with customers for all service jobs to reduce time & resource wastage.
- Request SPARKS service cases on every service rendered and closes on time
- Ensure that equipment is properly checklisted either inbound or outbound. Make sure that equipment is secured and covered before shipping out.
