Job Description

By joining us as a Specialist I International Order Entry, you will undergo a 5-week classroom training and shadowing session to be conducted by our Systems and Training team, leaders, and product specialists. After completing the program, you will join a group of hardworking, dynamic, and customer-focused business administrators.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Checks for Completeness of Commercial Requirements
  • Validates and calculates pricing using system tools
  • Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems
  • Updates order/quote records/data/status in Business System
  • Verifies New Customer accounts and works with the Customer Vendor Data Hub team for the creation of accounts in the business systems.
  • Provides product lead time based on system data (standard product lead time)
  • Manages orders and transactions to meet customer requirements by utilizing appropriate lead time tools, administering contract terms and conditions, and analyzing order status reports
  • Resolves problems pertaining to order administration, completion, and post-order activities by effectively utilizing resources (reports, tools, subject matter experts)
  • Communicates professionally and effectively via telephone, e-mail, and/or other standard methods

You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people across different departments at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in Order Administration, Data Entry, and/or Banking/Accounting
  • Proficiency in English communication skills
  • Willingness to work on a night shift

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
