Responsibilities

You will have an opportunity to:

• Assist with the execution & promotion of all events. He/she will be reporting directly to the Sr. Events Manager and support engagement activities
• Act as the on-site POC for corporate, charity, & engagement events
• Lead the logistics & planning for all events & advise on concept creation for site-specific activities
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure marketing materials, designs, and supplies are available
• Create administrative reports, calculate and monitor budgets to ensure smooth flow of planned activities and events
• Ad hoc tasks as required
  
  

Qualifications

You will be a great fit on our team if…

• Demonstrate strong knowledge in events execution
• Has a creative and artistic mind to design marketing collaterals
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Preferably knowledgeable in photoshop
• At least a year experience in the field of events management
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
• Strong presentation skills
• Great organizational skills with excellent planning and coordination skills
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and clients centered environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Must the able to work a flexible schedule as the business demands (nights, weekends and holidays if needed)
