Role Overview
We are looking for a committed Onboarding and Off-boarding Specialist to join our team in an onsite role. The ideal candidate will manage the onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for both new hires and departing employees, while collaborating with various stakeholders. This role also includes developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the employee experience, as well as leading and mentoring the team effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Onboarding
Previous experience in administrative work, particularly in HR/Labor Relations, for at least 3 years.
Educational And Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other related degrees.
Direct Reports and Span of Control
No direct reports as of the moment, but with plans to expand for up to <10 Analysts under this position.

Role Overview
We are looking for a committed Onboarding and Off-boarding Specialist to join our team in an onsite role. The ideal candidate will manage the onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for both new hires and departing employees, while collaborating with various stakeholders. This role also includes developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the employee experience, as well as leading and mentoring the team effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers, Recruitment, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions, covering company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time by the new hire.
- Partner with internal teams to initiate early engagement touchpoints, helping new hires feel connected, welcomed, and informed during their first 90 days.
- Manage the end-to-end off-boarding process for departing employees, coordinating with managers, payroll, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the return of company property and the deactivation of system access through coordination with other teams.
- Conduct exit reasons analysis as part of the offboarding audit to identify the trends and patterns in reasons for employee attrition.
- Ensure that all offboarding requests are cleared and processed internally within 30 days of the offboarding date.
- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and off-boarding.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from new hires and departing employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct audits for both onboarding and offboarding to identify and share key data points with high-level summaries and recommendations to executives.
- Act as a key partner in driving team-level and company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize or support engagement programs (e.g., pulse surveys, virtual events, appreciation efforts) that promote connection and morale.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend actions based on feedback from onboarding, check-ins, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to support a positive employee lifecycle experience across all touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets formulas and functions (at least “Intermediate” proficiency)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Mac OS
- Willing to work full-time onsite within Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Willing and available to work during the graveyard shift and has the flexibility to work on any day of the week.
