Overview

Quantrics is looking for a digital native who is passionate about digital marketing and understands the ever-evolving digital landscape. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing digital strategies to enhance Quantrics’ employer brand and recruitment efforts. This role will manage website content, execute paid digital campaigns, analyze performance data, and support new communications channel management, tools, and analytics.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in digital analytics, front-end website management (WordPress), and running campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads. Advertising agency experience is preferred.

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborates with the Communications, Creatives, Events, and Recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Website Content Strategy and Management

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with employer branding and recruitment goals.
  • Manage and update website content via WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content (copy, graphics, multimedia).
  • Ensure content across digital platforms is fresh, optimized, and engaging for target audiences.

Digital Media Campaign Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads to boost brand awareness and recruitment efforts.
  • Work with creatives to develop high-impact ad visuals and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget utilization, and audience engagement, making real-time adjustments for optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates to improve campaign performance.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (click-through rates, conversions, engagement).
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to assess digital performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports for the Digital Marketing Manager and key stakeholders.

New Communications Channel Management & Tools

  • Support the exploration and integration of new communication channels and tools to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist in setting up and managing new platforms for engagement and outreach.
  • Monitor emerging trends in digital communications and recommend innovations to improve brand presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Communications, Creatives, Events, and Recruitment teams to align digital marketing initiatives with branding and hiring goals.
  • Support cross-team projects and ensure a unified approach in digital marketing execution.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content management, paid media, and analytics.
  • Advertising agency experience is preferred.
  • A digital native who is highly familiar with online trends and digital-first marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Experience with WordPress for front-end website content management.
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
