This position will be responsible for supporting key sales and order management activities for In Transport Services under Electronics and Controls

• PO Processing - Spare Parts Order

• PO Processing – RMM-W Order

• PO Processing – New Builds and Update / Upgrade Orders

• PO Processing - Terminals

  - Credit Note Creation

• ITC Screening – Spare Parts

• ITC Screening – SU and SY

• Subscription Report Creation

• Sales Expectation Report

• Creating New Customer in system

• Annual License Renewal processing

• TK (ThermoKing) Shipped IMEI Report

• Monthly Refcon Shipment Plan

• Service Engineering Request Coordination

• SE Invoice Payment

• Agent Commission Processing

• Graduate of any four-year business or behavioural discipline course

Graduate of any engineering discipline course will also be considered

• At least three (3 ) years of related experience

• Experience in order management, customer service, and ITC Screening in a manufacturing environment is a plus
